That includes your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, your preferred contact method and timeframe, the services or conditions you select, your answers to the follow-up questions, any notes you write and any photos you upload.

We also record basic technical information about the submission itself, such as the date and time and which page the request was sent from, so we can respond accurately.

We use your information to review your request, prepare a response, communicate with you about the work and keep a record of the service history for your property. If your request involves something outside the scope of what we perform, we may use the details to help identify an appropriate local professional — and we will tell you when we do that.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing purposes.

If you check the optional text message consent box on our request form, we will use the phone number you provided to send text messages about your inquiry, requested services, appointments, estimates, scheduling and related customer service. If you separately check the optional marketing consent box, we may also send occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of submitting the form, receiving an estimate or purchasing any service. Simply entering a phone number is not consent to receive marketing text messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service.

We keep a record of your consent, including whether each box was checked, the date and time, the phone number submitted, the page the request came from and the version of the consent language shown to you.

Photos submitted with a request are stored privately and are not published on this website or made publicly accessible. They are used to understand the property and the conditions you're describing.

If you would like a photo removed, ask us in a reply to your request and we will remove it.

We use third-party technology providers to host this website, store request data and photos, and deliver notification email about new requests. These providers process the information only to provide those services to us.

This site may use standard website analytics to understand how pages are used — for example which pages are visited and where visitors begin a request. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

We keep request information for as long as it remains useful for servicing the property and maintaining our business records. You can ask us to delete your information and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send that request as a reply to any communication from us, or through the request form.

This website is intended for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
