This website describes exterior cleaning and property care services and provides a form for requesting them. Using the site means you accept the terms on this page.

Submitting the request form starts a conversation. It does not schedule work, create an agreement or confirm pricing. Work is performed only after the scope has been discussed and agreed with you directly.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to request service for the property described. Photos you upload must be yours to share.

Cleaning methods are selected based on the surfaces and conditions present, and some surfaces or conditions may not be suitable for cleaning. Certain property concerns — including structural, roofing, plumbing, electrical and significant drainage or grading work — fall outside the scope of what we perform. Where that is the case, we will say so and, where we can, help identify an appropriate local professional. Any referral is offered as a convenience; the work and the relationship in that case are between you and that provider.

The descriptions, guidance and photography on this site are general information about exterior cleaning and North Florida property conditions. They are not a guarantee of a specific outcome on a specific property, and they are not professional advice about your home's structure or systems.
