Soft Washing
Soft Washing for Tallahassee & Killearn Homes
Low-pressure cleaning for surfaces that should never be hit with high pressure — treated, rinsed and handled carefully.

What soft washing actually is
Soft washing uses low pressure and an appropriate cleaning solution to break down organic growth, then a controlled rinse to carry it away. The cleaning is done by the solution and dwell time rather than by force against the surface.
That distinction matters on the exteriors common around Killearn and Betton Hills: stucco, painted wood, hardboard siding, vinyl, soffit, screen enclosures and older masonry. High pressure on those materials can drive water where it does not belong or leave permanent marking.
Where we use it
Soft washing is our default on most vertical surfaces of a home and on anything painted, sealed, aged or thin.
- Stucco and painted siding
- Soffit, fascia and trim
- Roofs and other delicate assemblies
- Screen enclosures and pool cages
- Fencing and light masonry
Care around your property
Landscaping is part of the job, not an obstacle in it. Beds, foundation plantings and lawn edges next to a wall get attention before, during and after washing — pre-wetting, controlled application and rinsing. Outdoor fixtures, furniture and anything you would rather we keep clear of should be pointed out in your request so we plan for it.
